Coach Amy offers Run Form Evaluations and Run Form Development at her Overland Park, KS clinic by appointment.

Run Evaluation.

Coach Amy starts with a thorough evaluation of running-specific movement patterns, including gait and run-specific strength. The goal is to ascertain a baseline for improving run technique and efficiency and reducing the risk of injury. 

In straightforward situations, there is usually time for Coach Amy to impart some tips and drills to get you started on reinventing or polishing your form! Most athletes require subsequent run-form development sessions. 

Run Form Development.

Run form development is a personal 1:1 session for speed, stability, and strength. This follow-up service is for runners who have completed a Run Form Evaluation first and need or want 1:1 in-person skill development.

SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT

Run form evaluation and development is not for those with an existing injury or pain with running. If you fall in that camp, schedule a Physical Therapy Evaluation with Coach Amy instead.
