A dynamic plan that is unique to you

Coach Amy creates a plan that is unique to you. She helps you to develop realistic and achievable short and long-term goals. Each program considers personal lifestyle and running history, including prior injuries.

Your plan adapts on a weekly and seasonal basis, depending on your progress and performance. Coach Amy uses the Training Peaks platform to upload your customized workouts each week, including specific instructions on how to perform each. 

Within Training Peaks, Coach Amy will analyze the data, provide comments on your workouts and tweak your plan as you go along. She maintains consistent weekly communication and is always available to her athletes via email and text.

Coaching is $150/mo by subscription only. Limited spots are available for personalized coaching. 

Is personal 1:1 training not in your budget? You can train for a 5K,10K, or a half-marathon for FREE by choosing Coach Amy as your Garmin Coach through Garmin Coach’s adaptable training framework via most Garmin devices.
